Do the right thing
Alcohol and other drug emergencies can be fatal. Never let fear of legal consequences keep you from calling 911 for help. Good Samaritan law/protocol apply.
Good Samaritan provides limited protection—for both the person in need of help and the witness(es) who call(s) 911— from arrest and prosecution for possession of narcotics, marijuana, and for minors, from alcohol. The law does not protect people who have large amounts of drugs and may be involved drug trafficking.

- Cornell's Good Samaritan Protocol, which applies on Cornell's campus
