To make the best possible use of your time and ours, appointments are required for most services. Some services (e.g., CAPS) have special appointment information listed on thier pages. Please ask if you have any questions. Additionally, if you want information about making an appointment that is not included here, please call 255-5155: we will do our best to assist you..

If you have an urgent need and no appointment, please call us to talk with a health care provider or counselor who will advise you, schedule you for a same- or next-day appointment, or suggest a scheduled appointment.

If you don't know whether you need an appointment, please call and discuss your situation with a nurse or counselor who will assess your need and explore options with you.

When you come for an appointment, please know that we see ourselves as your partners in taking care of your health. Talk with us about your concerns; ask questions; let us know if you are unclear or confused or uncomfortable before your appointment is over.

Although sometimes urgent situations arise that force us to alter our schedules, user feedback indicates that the average wait for an appointment at Gannett is about 8–9 minutes. We hope your typical experience with waits at Gannett will be at least that good.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please let us know so we can make the time available to someone else. In most of our services, a $10 fee is charged for appointments that aren't cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

We want your feedback. If you have questions or concerns, praise or complaints, suggestions or needs, please contact a Gannett Patient Advocate.
