Access to Care

Workers' Compensation

Workers' compensation coverage for Cornell employees provides medical treatment benefits in compliance with New York law if you have a work related injury, illness or disease.

Gannett can provide general medical care for Cornell employees who have had a work related injury or illness. We can also make referrals to community providers if you need specialty care.

Call us at 255-5155 to schedule an appointment or, if your need is urgent, just come in.

If you need emergency care, please call 911. If you need care when Gannett is closed, you may want to go to the Cayuga Medical Center Emergency Room or Convenient Care Center.

Make sure you get workers' comp coverage

  1. If you come to Gannett for your care, please tell both receptionist and your medical provider that this is a work-related injury.
  2. After your appointment, go to the Billing Office on Level 5 to give us the information we need to process your claim properly.
