Resources for Students in Distress 

Sometimes a student needs a listening ear, “normalizing” of a situation or feelings, maybe a little problem-solving and/or a resource or referral. The Cornell campus is full of helpful resources. If you're not sure who to call, the following is a list of places to start. Please refer to the campus Caring Community Help Sheet for a more comprehensive list of resources.
