Care Managers

Care Managers provide a valuable bridge between our internal departments (medical, CAPS, PT), and campus and other services in an effort to provide Cornell students with integrated medical and/or mental health care.

Care Managers facilitate the coordination of services to meet the needs of an individual student. The process involves assessing the student's situation and then planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating options and services. For students with chronic or complex health conditions, Care Managers can assist with the coordination of ongoing support.
