Consultants at Gannett

For the convenience of our students, professional consultants from the Ithaca community are available at Gannett on a limited basis for orthopaedic and gynecology care.

Appointments for services with our consultants are made only by referral from a Gannett provider.

On site consulting is very limited so patients may be referred to see a specialist at their office. Ask Gannett staff to help you plan for transportation via private car, bus or taxi. 


Billing 

When you come for a consultant visit, be sure to bring your insurance card (whether SHIP or private insurance). The consultants bill students directly for their services. You will not receive a bill from Gannett for a consultant visit. Expect a bill from the consultant's private office.
