Everybody needs a little help sometimes. Learning how and when to seek assistance is an important part of staying healthy. Whether the issue is a short-term problem or an on-going challenge, Gannett can help you connect with one of the many trained listeners, counselors, advisors, and advocates on campus and in the community.
Gannett counseling and support resources
Over 2,800 students utilize Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) each year. Many others use the free and confidential Let's Talk support hours offered in a variety of campus locations. Specialized assistance is available through other Gannett staff, including alcohol and other drugs services, sexual health counseling, support for nutrition and eating problems, and victim assistance. (See menu at left.)
We hope this broad range of counseling and support services may be of benefit to you throughout your time at Cornell.
