The Emergency Department is open 24-hours per day, 365 days per year. While the majority of patients admitted to the Emergency Department arrive by ambulance following injuries, accidents, or sudden traumatic illness, patients are also treated for illnesses and injuries that need immediate attention. If you are uncertain about whether you need emergency room services, call Gannett anytime of day or night to consult with a health care provider. We will help you determine what care you need, and how and when to get it. If necessary, we will arrange transportation to Cayuga Medical Center.

101 Dates Drive (Route 96)

From Gannett, take Campus Road going west to Stewart Avenue. Turn left on Stewart Avenue. Go one block to the 4 way stop at Buffalo Street. Turn right onto Buffalo Street (west) and follow approximately 2 miles. You will cross over Route 13. Continue straight watching for signs for Route 96 (north). Cayuga Medical Center is approximately 2 1/2 miles north on the right.

The Convenient Care Center is staffed full-time by physicians, registered nurses, and support personnel who offer medical care on a walk-in basis, without an appointment. If you are uncertain about whether you need Convenient Care Center services, call Gannett anytime of day or night to consult with a health care provider. We will help you determine what care you need, and how and when to get it. If necessary, we will arrange transportation to the Convenient Care Center.  

Hours: Open daily 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

From Gannett, take Campus Road going east to East Avenue. Turn left on East Avenue; go through campus to the traffic light. Continue straight over the Thurston Avenue bridge to Wait Avenue (on right at curve). Take first right onto Triphammer Road; stay on Triphammer for approximately 2 miles until you reach Hanshaw Road (Community Corners). Turn right on Hanshaw Road until you reach a 4 way stop at Warren Road. Turn left on Warren Road; continue for about 1 1/2 miles. Convenient Care Center will be on your right.
