Regardless of whether you partner with men, women, or both, knowing how your body functions and how to take care of it, is a good first step toward healthy sexuality. While humans may be similar in terms of physical morphology, there are vast differences in more than just anatomy. Sexual attraction, sexual arousal and sexual response depend on a multitude of factors including intimacy, safety, emotional comfort, communication, support, etc. Furthermore, worries about health, disease transmission, and unplanned pregnancy can hinder sexual pleasure, not to mention jeopardize a healthy relationship or the potential for one.
