Summer Student

Any student registered for one of Cornell’s summer programs or sessions may receive services at Gannett (whether you have the Student Health Insurance Plan or other health insurance coverage).

 

Take a few moments to browse the Gannett web site so you will be familiar with the kinds of services we offer here during the summer. If you have any kind of health related concern or need, we can help. And if you need services we can't provide, or at a time when Gannett is closed, we will help you connect to the appropriate medical or mental health care provider. Call 607 255-5155 to talk with a health care provider or schedule an appointment. If you call after-hours or on a weekend, you will be connected through our answering service to the health care provider or counselor on call.

 

Having adequate health insurance is just as important for students who are on campus during the summer as it is during other parts of the year. For more information, please visit the web site of the Cornell University Office of Student Health Insurance.

 

High school students enrolled in Cornell University Summer College who have a health concern or problems should talk with a Summer College staff member who can assist you in getting appropriate care. We encourage you to talk with your parent(s) or guardian(s), as well. You can also contact Gannett directly.
